In March, we were asked to present an Opportunity Zone Investment update for the Central Ohio Real Estate Entrepreneurs (COREE) & Cincinnati REIA Investor Groups. The focus of the presentation is how Opportunity Zone Funds can fit into your tax-free investment strategies, how others can invest into opportunity zones, an insight into the 2021 opportunity zone funds, and a quick update on CBUS OZ FUNDS. The main presentation is followed by a live Q&A from the audience and there were many great questions asked!
